FTW Research SMS Survey Program
2. Program Description
FTW Research conducts SMS-based community surveys and public opinion polls. Messages are sent to registered voters and community members to gather opinions on policy issues, ballot measures, and other topics of public interest. Each survey consists of an SMS invitation containing a link to a web-based questionnaire.
3. Message Frequency
You will receive a maximum of 2 messages per survey project: one survey invitation and one optional follow-up reminder. This is not a recurring or subscription messaging program.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any associated costs.
5. How to Get Help
For help or questions about this messaging program, reply HELP to any message from FTW Research, or email wally@ftwresearch.com.
6. How to Opt Out
To stop receiving messages from FTW Research, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also email wally@ftwresearch.com to request removal.
